Renegades teammates Eddy T and Erika C won the 2010 Mens and Womens Home Run Derby!
This was the first time that both champions were from the same team,
and the second time a Renegades player has won the womens competition.

RULES
Men and women compete separately, but are mixed together while batting.
Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female participants.

Prizes awarded to top 2 women and top 3 men.
Winners will be allowed to choose which prize they would like in the following order:
1st Place Woman
1st Place Man
2nd Place Man
2nd Place Woman
3rd Place Man
Order of hitters will be determined randomly.
Top hitters among men and women advance to a second and final round.
You should bring your own pitcher. If not, one will be provided at your own risk.
You should bring your own approved softballs. If not, softballs will be provided at your own risk.
You should bring your own approved bats. If not, bats will be provided at your own risk.
Home run distances are 210 feet for men and 120 feet for women.
All home runs must be clearly over the home run line.
Each batter is allowed 3 practice swings in the first round only.
Each batter is allowed 5 outs in a round.
An out is any contact with the ball which is not a homerun.
A swing and a miss is not an out.
The winner is the person with the most homeruns in the second round.
If tied, first round totals will determine the winner.
After that, additional rounds will be played to determine a winner.
